巴黎-倫敦 歐洲之星 ，郵寄的問題
您好!我是巴黎留學生
預計五月中要去倫敦玩。
四月底的時候上網後買了歐洲之星的車票
選擇郵寄到我在巴黎的住址
過了七天了卻還沒有來。
上禮拜五傳了e-mail問
卻也沒有回應!有沒有人有相同的經驗
麻煩指教一下並且希望有人能提共他們客服的電話
